Tudor House by the Sea consists of 5 luxury apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Each one is named after the wives of King Henry VIII.

Each Luxury suite is sea facing and has a spacious lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette. If you are not dining out at one of the fine restaurants in the area, you may wish to enjoy an evening of quiet dining in the privacy and comfort of your own apartment, which is ideally suited for self catering. The apartments have large decks with superb sea views of the whole of False Bay and the white sandy Fish Hoek beach, which offers very safe swimming.

We have an on site private parking area for our guests, at night our concierge service will see you to your apartment and make sure that your needs are met when management is not on site.

For your convenience there is also a coin operated Laundromat situated on the premises. These operate with the old R5.00 coins. Please enquire at reception should you require change. Each apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board.

There is a train service on our doorstep, for easy access to Simon’s town and Cape Town.

We can assist with car hire as well as airport transfers. Day tours can be arranged to any of the other spectacular places in and around the Cape Peninsula.

Apartment 1 - Katherin of Aragon suite is a one bedroomed apartment situated on the ground floor and has it’s own private waterfront garden with magnificent sea views as well as a vine- covered patio. This apartment has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The size of this apartment is approximately 59 square metres. Apartment 2 - Anne Boleyn is a one bedroomed apartment situated on the ground floor and has it’s own private waterfront garden with magnificent sea views as well as a vine- covered patio. This apartment has one queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The size of this apartment is approximately 59 square metres and is also known as our “honeymoon suite” Apartment 3 - Jane Seymour suite is situated within close proximity to the front door and is ideal for wheelchairs or the elderly as there are no stairs involved. This large apartment comprises of three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 people. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. There is also one full bathroom with a bath and a shower and an additional separate toilet. There is also a large deck leading out from the lounge area and the main bedroom with the most spectacular sea views. This apartment is approximately 102 square metres in size. Apartment 4 - Ann of Cleves suite is also situated close to the front door and also wheelchair friendly. It is the same size as the Jane Seymour apartment but only has two bedrooms each equipped with a queen-sized bed and therefore accommodates a maximum of 4 people. Apartment 6 – Katherine Parr suite situated on the top floor and sleep 5 people. It is the same as apartment 3. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. This apartment also has a sleeper couch in the second bedroom, which can sleep 1 additional adult or two small children. There is also one full bathroom with a bath and a shower and an additional separate toilet. There is also a large deck leading out from the lounge area and the main bedroom with the most spectacular sea views. This apartment is approximately 102 square meters in size.
