Terms and Conditions
Deposits are non-refundable. Unless we are able to re-let the entire period booked.
The full extent of the stay will be charged for in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependant on Tudor House’s occupancy level. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.
Please note – NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations are to be faxed or emailed directly to Tudor House.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Only the registered number of guests may occupy the accommodation. Guests wishing to sleep visitors must notify the management at whose discretion it will be to allow extra “heads”. There will be an additional charge.
Specific Apartments – Where a specific apartment is requested we reserve the right to allocate a similar apartment where necessary.
Inventory – daily tariffs are inclusive of the entire inventory of the apartment, including all bed linen, towels, furniture, fridge, stove, microwave, colour TV and DSTV, hair drier, wall safe, alarm clock, radio, heater, iron, ironing board, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Arrival – between 14h00 and 17h00.
Please note – not before 14h00. We must also be notified of late arrivals.
Departure – 10h00 and which time must be strictly adhered to. We ask for your co-operation in order that we may have time to get the apartment cleaned and ready for the next guest.
Balance of account – Payable on day of arrival.
Credit Cards – We accept Master and Visa credit cards
Debit cards – We accept Maestro and Electron debit cards.
Late Arrivals – No refunds can be made for late arrivals or early departures. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if guests do not arrive on the due date unless the management is notified.
Laundry – coin operated on premises.
Tariff – Subject to change without notice.
Linen and Towels – Included in tariff.
Beach Towels – Available at Reception. No charge but if lost you will be charged the replacement value.
Servicing – The maid comes in for approximately one hour to do the general cleaning of the apartment. She cannot attend to personal washing or put away personal belongings, clothing etc.
Parking – Guests staying at Tudor House are allocated one parking bay free of charge. Kindly note that guest’s friends are not permitted to use this private area, but must park their vehicles in the parking bays provided by the municipality.
All guests have to abide by rules and regulations of the Tudor House Body Corporate.
No pets allowed.
